14-day money-back guarantee

If Chatcrate Pro doesn't work for you, email support+chatcrate@orderhue.com within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. Ideally, write from the address you bought with. Otherwise, tell us your licence key or order number. You don't need to give a reason, though it helps us improve.

• Renewals: we'll also refund an automatic yearly renewal if you ask within 14 days of the renewal date.
• If a site change stops Pro working: see section 4 of the terms.
• How: we'll issue the refund within 5 working days of your email. Refunds are processed by Freemius, our reseller, back to the original payment method. Card refunds usually arrive within 5–10 working days after that, depending on your bank. PayPal refunds are immediate.
• After a refund: your licence key is cancelled, and Pro turns off at its next licence check. Your library and the free features stay as they are.

Your statutory rights

If you're a consumer, the law may give you 14 days to cancel. For digital content you can lose that right once you start using it, if you agreed to that at checkout. Whatever applies, our 14-day money-back guarantee gives you a full refund within 14 days of purchase, with no reason needed. Nothing here affects your other statutory rights, for example if the software isn't as described.
